These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Maple Circuit platform and website at maplecircuit.com, operated by Maple Circuit Technologies Inc. ("Maple Circuit", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Platform Access
Access to the Maple Circuit platform is granted on a request basis. Submitting an access request does not guarantee access. Maple Circuit reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at its discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you. Notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Maple Circuit platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the platform or contact forms.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Maple Circuit website and platform, including text, design, graphics, and software, is the property of Maple Circuit Technologies Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
4. Platform Outputs
The structured insights, organised data, and other outputs provided by the Maple Circuit platform are intended to support your decision-making. They are generated by an automated system and are provided for informational purposes only. Maple Circuit does not make any representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of platform outputs for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Circuit Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Modifications to the Platform or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version will be published at maplecircuit.com/terms.html. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
